Directions for Use

• Pour the beverage or pureed food into a cup or bowl. Hot and cold both work.
• Add the powder — one scoop from the canister, or the full contents of one packet — following the IDDSI level set by the physician or speech-language pathologist.
• Stir briskly until the powder is fully dissolved and no lumps remain.
• Let it stand for a moment to reach final consistency, then check before serving.
• The mixture will not continue thickening, so a drink can be prepared in advance without drifting past the target consistency.
• Reseal the canister after use and store in a cool, dry place.
